My bunny just gave birth earlier today, and she's pulling fur and nesting again. She's putting it all into the nest box and I'm worried she'll put too much fluff on top of the babies and they wont be able to nurse. With the last litter she nested every night for four days after giving birth, and I was wondering what could cause it?

There can't be too much fluff, you can take some out and save it for the next time if it's so much that the doe can't get in there. Even with the most fluffy winter nests there never I've never had any issue with nursing.

All this behaviour is instincts and hormones, that's not the most exact way to program stuff, so there are quite some variation on details from doe to doe, or from one time to the next, to a rather big degree this is normal.
