Bunny losing fur

Please help my bunny is losing fur on his tail all of a sudden. I had to re potty train him since I no longer have a backyard so I got him a litter box but his fur got matted from urine and I removed the clumps. Everything’s as fine but now weeks later fur four missing and I’m so scared for him. I also can’t afford a vet right now

Hm, does the skin look irritated, red, flaky, or so? On the pictures it looks a rather healthy pink, but it's hard to tell. Have you noticed him cleaning that spot (I'm pretty sure mine could not reach it...)? You might try a skin care ointment, I got Mirfulan from my vet for rabbit skin issues.
Fur doesn't look dirty there now, so it could be still from urine scald healing off. Imo rabbit fur doesn't grow continiously but more when they molt, so it could take quite some time to grow back.

At least that isn't an emergency, but I wouldn't expose him to freezing temperatures if possible.
