Bunny in pain?

Is my bunny in pain? i don't know what to look out for. she is sleeping on her stomach but she also flops or sleep in the superman position. when i bring her veggies she runs towards me and eats so she doesn't have an appetite problem. when she is sleeping she twitches some times and her head shakes, her eyes move, and i see her face moving like if she is grinding her teeth but i don't hear anything. she also sneeze. can a bunny in pain run? or eat well
