Bunny has wet fur?

I’ve been noticing that my bunny has wet fur on his hand? Other than that, he’s doing fine and I think he has a runny nose but I haven’t seen snot. We have just started using a new air purifier and before that we changed a sanitizer for cleaning our house so that might be a reason but I’m not sure. We do have heaters in the house so i’m not too sure why this is happening. I have attached some photos

Hmm not sure on the wet fur! Perhaps his water bottle is leaking or his water bowl was tipped; as long as it doesn’t look green, or red and irritated I believe he is fine!

Perhaps he is wiping his nose on his paw? Take him in for a check-up.
