Bunny fall

Hi, my rabbit has jumped from my arms onto the fooor, he didn’t land too funny but has a slight cut to his upper lip and has a limp that he does put a bit of weight on but not much. He has been eating some kale and a bit of bread and just sits with his eats up in his usually spot in our living room. I’m unsure what to do. Can anyone offer some advice please??

He needs to see a vet to see if there is any damage that needs attention.

Bread should not be fed to a rabbit, btw.
