Bunny ears

I have a question for you bunny experts. My bunny Cocoa does something strange with his ears when he lays on the couch with me and I pet him. His ears are straight (hope it is correct!!!), but then he starts to relax (i think he his relaxed) closes his eyes and flips his ears on his head side! He looks like a lop eared bunny!!! What does it mean? (hopefully you can understand what I mean!!!)

It sounds like he's enjoying his massage! Do they go down to the sides, like a lop, or down to his back, like they're folded back? He could have some lop in his background if they go to the sides, and if they go back, it's just a sign of total relaxation.

They go down to the side. when he does that "ear thing" they look more like the wings of a plane than a mini lop ears... he is so funny!!
