Hi,
I have two dwarf cross bunnies Almond and Cashew. Just wanted to check if i can leave them in the playpen and enclosure for the whole afternoon. It gets hot in the afternoon, but i have tilted the playpen upside down so they get the shade and i also placed a cardboard box for them to go inside and hide. Also is it okay for them to be chirping on the cardboard. Thanks.

It all depends on how hot and if your bunnies are used to eat grass.

If not used to eating grass, I always limit my bunnies time outdoors. If it’s really hot I keep them indoors or place their run in a shady area from the start but it all depends on how warm it becomes.
