Bunnie litter problems

My 5 year old bunnie , jasmine has always been good in the litter box .
But recently she's been pooping and peeing on the plate i put her food , sometimes acctually on the food , instead of the litter box , i've been trying to get her to go in the litter box for about 2 weeks but she just keeps pooping on her food plate , sometimes on her food.

Any tips would be great!

I would put the food next to the litterbox, a little elevated on a pedestal so she can sit in the litter box and eat. Rabbit like to eat'n 'poop.

My hay rack is above the big litter box, but I had to add a second one where their special treat hay (mostly clover, nettles,butterbur) bowl and water is.
