You may need to take him to the vet again to see if they can help. I was hoping his jaw would heal fast enough where he could start eating hay again to grind his teeth down but it seems like that scenario isn’t happening 😞
 
He'll need the tooth trimmed if it's affecting his eating. Which your vet should be able to do without too much trouble.
