I have 2 unaltered bucks that live in the house with me in an enclosure. One is about 18mths old & the other about 7mths old. It took a good month for the 2 of them to bond. At first the older one would chase the younger one, but never fight him, so I persisted & I'm glad I did. They like to lie, sit & groom each other.
I also have 2 unaltered does in another enclosure in the house with me. They are about 6 meters away from the bucks & they can't see a lot of each other. They get along fine too. I keep mine unaltered because I like to breed them a little in spring & summer & I don't have a hard time selling the young ones.
They usually go within 2 or 3 days where I live.
