Bedding and litter box

If I use hay in my rabbits' enclosure, will it confused them on where to go to the bathroom if they're already litter trained? The litter in the litter box is pine pellets

Some can get confused, but then it’s only cleaning up when accidents happens. But often they will keep their normal litter training and the straw will be clean [emoji5]

Depending on your rabbit some of my rabbits are very good at using their toilet for pee and the rest of their territory is always dry, but some would pee everywhere if there's straw or hay.
