So my little angel wouldnt eat and took to hiding herself away, she was taken to an emergency vets and they gave her lots of fluids and meds, he glucose was very very high and she couldnt keep her body temp stable. She was although drinking ALOT of water.
Nugget had been protecting her and cleaning her and cuddling up with her then himself decided to stop eating with stress for Bambi.
Bambi is now being kept at the emergency vets to be monitored and is on methadone and cisiprid along with a host of other meds. They couldnt get a line into any veins because they had become so faint. (Shaved both her little ears) i took a call tonight with the vet stating that things have improved with Nugget but Bambi is not responding to treatment and to call back in the morning for an update. Stood here looking at their empty inclosure rips my heart out and i just dnt know what to do with myself, i feel so helpless. She has been through so much in her life with operations and medications and round the clock care from both myself and the vets and she has fought off everything that the cruel hand of fate had dealt her. It seems now (as much as i am staying positive) that may be the fight she had has been exhausted. As fellow owners and enthusiast i ask all of you to spend that extra time with your hairy kids, give that extra cuddle, that extra head rub, what they give us is so magical and precious, we never know when our worlds will be taken away from us. Anybody who reads this, please, for Bambi, go give your bunnys a little extra and tell them you love them.

So sorry for your loss 😢
Thank you, she was taken to the crematorium this morning in a beautiful floral round box, she had the most adorable pink bow i tied around her neck, placed a fresh red rose next to her and one of her favourite treats between her paws. Ohhh she looked like the most perfect angel. A very large part of me has died inside.
