Bald spot just below the chin - what could be the cause?

Hi, we recently noticed one of our rabbits has a bald spot just below his chin. It doesn't appear to be inflamed but we do notice he sometimes he would groom that area. Could that be over-grooming? The other rabbit is fine. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
