My bunny has nothing wrong, but all sudden bald around one eye

If the other rabbit can reach it's nose through the bars, enough to make contact and groom this rabbit, then I think that's your answer. The other rabbit is overgrooming this one. You can see spots where the fur is chewed short.

You could put a little space between them by doubling the divider and putting a gap between.
