the vet is expensive so my mom is trying to call them and ask about critical care after telling them his symptoms.

I'm so happy to hear Bubbles is doing well. Stasis is considered a symptom of another issue - or so I learned when my bunny went into it and did not make it, despite all efforts (gas drops, critical care, syringe feeding). For what it's worth, I was told tooth issues are a regular issue with lops that can cause them to stop eating and sometimes enter stasis.
