Hello,
In February I had a couple litters of bunnies. Despite me checking on them every 1-2 hours, and every 30-60 minutes once the mom was close to delivery, one of the first-time moms had her kits outside of the nest. She had 5 kits, one survived. The one surviver got severe frostbite though, and so she is missing part of her tail, about 1/2-2/3 of her back feet, and some of her front legs. Her name is Barnes and she will be 8 weeks old tomorrow. She is just over 2 pounds, and I am expecting her to grow to be between 5.5 and 6.75 pounds as an adult. She moves around just fine, jumping on and off of things, binky-ing, and pushing other bunnies out of the way of food. I noticed that because she doesn't have front feet, her front legs are starting to grow outwards because she is using them like feet (it is not splay-leg). I am hoping that with a front-body wheelchair, she will no longer use her legs as feet and I can correct the issue. Any advise? Any affordable wheelchairs or DIY wheelchair plans?

There are professional ones that can be bought or instructions for making your own. If you want to make your own, the usual is for the back legs, so it might take a little bit of research to find what you need.

Though if she is getting around fine and sores aren't developing on her legs, I would consider trying splay leg supports first. Though you should consult with your vet before trying this.
