One of my baby bunnies has cloudy pupils. They look visibly different than the black pupils of his siblings. The cloudy blueish colour even shows up in pictures. What is wrong?

It’s difficult to see and I should have gotten closer, but I just don’t understand how a young rabbit can have this (cataracts?)

It's not close up enough for me to tell, but it could be juvenile cataracts. Not a whole lot can be done unless you have the funding and a vet that can do lens replacements in rabbits(when the rabbit is older and fully matured). The rabbit may or may not retain some sight as it ages. It depends on the type it has. This is genetic, so if you happen to breed rabbits, I would suggest not to repeat that breeding.

Medirabbit (congenital cataracts in juvenile rabbits)

It could also be something called moon eye, which is glaucoma, especially if the eye appears to be bulging/protruding, and/or the whole eye is cloudy/bluish. If the kit does have this, it definitely needs veterinary treatment as this creates pressure in the eye and is painful.

Could it be EC?

Slight possibility. More of a possibility if this has just occurred in one eye, but less so if it's in both eyes. The fact the rabbit is so young also makes it less likely as it's something that it is more likely to occur as the kit gets older and not so early in it's life. Juvenile cataracts is the most likely cause in a such a young kit that has both lenses affected.
