I have a baby rabbit around 3-5 weeks at most he was just fine yesterday but today he hasn’t been moving at all and is having trouble breathing.

mid he try’s to breathits a slight huff of air in but I still hear his heart and him breathing, he would open his eyes slightly then close them.
Sometimes as he breathes in he lets out a small scream goes stiff and then goes pee and poop.

I don’t know what’s wrong with him
The only thing I’ve done lately is changed to paper bedding and put hay on it could it be that he ingested some?

He may have pneumonia, especially if you've been syringe feeding at all. Fluids can get aspirated very easily by baby rabbits. Pneumonia can prove fatal in baby rabbits very quickly, so I would suggest getting him to a rabbit vet immediately(now) so he can be put on the correct antibiotics, oxygen, fluids, etc. He may need to be hospitalized and kept on IV antibiotics and oxygen, and be nebulized. There's a high mortality when it comes to aspiration pneumonia in baby rabbits. So just be prepared for that.

If you are unsure when this kit was born, I would say it is definitely not 5 weeks. To me it looks to be around 2 weeks old at most. If it's eyes aren't open yet, then it's even younger than that.
