I have a big problem! My nephew gave our 7 week old bunnies a ton of greens 2 days ago and they of course got sick. One has already died and the other two aren't doing so well, what can I do to help them?! They are Flemish Giants

Get them to a vet. If they’ve developed enteritis it takes early aggressive treatment to save them. If you can’t get to a vet soon you need to push unflavored pedialyte/electrolytes in them because diarrhea causes dehydration. Neomycin sulfate mixed in water can help with the diarrhea but since one has already died, I recommend getting them to a vet.

Like majorv said, get them to the vet if at all possible. Diarrhea in rabbits is often fatal if not corrected quickly. If there are absolutely no vets experienced with rabbits to get them to being night and the weekend, maybe look through these links for ideas. Hydration, stopping the diarrhea, and protecting the digestive tract from toxins released by the pathogenic bacteria is essential. I know of people that have used pepto(bismuth salts) successfully though it's not something commonly used in rabbits as continued use poses risks. Info for dosage is in the first link. And I would give childrens pedialyte to replace lost electrolytes.
