I have a bunny who isnt really trustworthy of people as she was abused at her previous home.. she had babies and lets me touch them just not her... when should i separate mom and babies... i dont want to take them and her get stressed... any tips i should consider?? she is getting better but wont let me pet her unless its through the cage..

I have never bred rabbits but my opinion is as long as the babies and the mom get along, then you shouldn’t separate them because you may lose that trust. You may want to ask someone different, because I have no previous experience breeding rabbits.

This should be moved to the Rabbitry and Showroom section. This section - the Rabbit Knowledge Library -- is for people posting articles and information about rabbit health. It's not so much for questions. (Just FYI ;) )

I don't breed either but I believe it is generally around 8 weeks of age.
