After searching and searching for Timothy hay here where I live andhaving people say to me "what's that?" or "Never heard of the stuff" Idecided I would do a search here on the net about it.

Well it seems that there is no Timothy hay here in Oz. Customs doesn'tallow it to be imported, so according to this site I found, Oat hay isthe closest equivalent.

Thought this may make an interesting read for you.

I found the information at the Australian Companion Rabbit Society

Cheers and happy Oat hay hunting.

Oh, and speaking of customs not allowinganything, Australia is soooo strict. I got a lecture from mybf when I sent him rose petals in a letter. Apparantly thatis a big no no?

Now I send silk petals just to be "cheeky." :brat:

LOL nose_twitch, sending any type of flower or flora isn't the greatestidea in the world, as sweet as it may of been for you to do it. Thingslike that have to go through customs.

Still I think it's nice that you sent them, and I think it's even greater that you sent the silk ones LOL.

Maybe one day he can be the one to hand you roses and you can pick your own petals.:bouquet:
