Anyone here breeding HImalayan rabbits? Question about kit color.

I have my first litter of HImalayan rabbits. They are two weeks old, but their fur is still very dark. If you look down into the fur it is white. Is this normal? At what point do they whiten out?

The "frosting" is normal. How fast they out grow it varies by individual and by temperature. I've had some that retained the frosting for many months -- others that quickly shed it out.
