A very unhappy rabbit

Dortmund does not like Tennessee at all. Nor did he like Kentucky or Illinois or Missouri. He wonders why he had to leave Iowa at all.

He hates driving. I’m hold up in a hotel just outside of Atlanta and when I moved him from his cary case to his portable kennel, he thumped so hard it measured a 6.7 on the Richter scale

Rabbits are creatures of habit and some rabbits enjoy routines more than others depending on their personality... maybe all the traveling has made your bunny upset. Try not to stress them too much. I’m sure when you get settled they will be more calm.

This is a bit of a shout out to my travel kennel. It takes up almost no room in my trunk. Sets up in seconds. And Dortmund loves it. Plus it would be almost impossible to coax him out from under the TV cabinet if I let him hotel free range

My sister lives in St Petersburg. But her kids have exams tomorrow so I decided to take my time and arrive after their exams are done. So right now I’m in a hotel in Gaithersburg. Essentially Dortmund has 100 miles left to travel, plus the whole way back in two weeks.
