A red lump on front paw

Does anyone know what this might be? My rabbit is 11 years old, and never had any medical condition or trauma.

I'm very sorry, but unfortunately that looks like a mass to me, though I could be wrong. You'll need to get it checked out by an experienced rabbit vet right away.
