It's not only a coffee shop, But also a cooking Suply/Gadget store.

Hence the 'Carrot'

Not sure where the 40 comes from though.

They also have cooking classes.

I dreamed about this place last night, lol! I dreamed you guys sent me to go in there armed with a hidden camera, and I was supposed to be taking pictures of the counter area and enquiring whether or not they sold carrots. I think carrots were illegal in my dream.
