That was a great video, Imbrium.
I wouldn't feel comfortable giving anything orally while the rabbit was on its back. Typically when I've had to syringe feed Timmy he's obviously not feeling well and when he's not feeling well he really doesn't fight back too much. When he starts to resist the syringe feeding I know he's feeling better.

Usually I wrap him up in a bunny burrito in either a baby blanket or a towel. Then I sit down with my knees up and soft of sandwich him between my body and my knees so he's basically upright with his chest and front paws towards my chest. Be sure to go slowly and give them time to swallow. I always have extra towels nearby because sometimes it can get a little messy.

We are completely back to normal and obviously feeling pretty good about life:

Hopefully it was just a one-time scare and won't happen again/for a long time!
