18 day old bunny making a sucking noise

My little 18 day old kit that I am hand feeding like to sleep on my shoulder under my hair and makes this sucking noise ?

No it’s breathing is fine It’s off and on

Just to update she is now taking 10 ml 2 x day. I am so excited
