Lately I've been noticing my rabbit has been having a runny eye. Sometimes it gets red, and there is some hair loss around the eye. Can anyone advise me as to what this is, and what I can do about it? Here is a pic of the eye.

The one I might be going to soon is going to be $75 for the neutering but not sure exactly how much for the check-up.
