We did keep him cool. Our bunnies have fans and constant ice bottles. The vet said it was an infection, not really sure what caused it. He will be on a 14 day antibiotic.

Our little guy Kirk (Netherland Dwarf mix, 4 years old, male) started sneezing last night. Today he has a runny nose with white mucous. We are taking him to the vet first thing in the morning (they are closed today). Is there anything we should be doing to help him in the mean time?

Thanks for all of the responses. After a lot of thought and consideration, we decided to adopt another bunny from a local shelter. We took Tank on a few dates with some bunnies, until she clicked with a male bunny named Kirk. I will post pictures later when I get home.

Okay, so we are officially keeping her. :) We had to talk it over for a few days since we already have two bunnies and a cat, but decided what's one more bunny? She has adapted really well and seems to fit right in. :dutch

Last night my boyfriend and I walked to the gas station to pick up supplies for s'mores. Half way there, he spotted a little Dutch bunny in the neighbor's yard. We could tell something was up because she was really dirty. He knocked on the neighbor's door to ask if it was his and he said no, but...

The biopsy results are in and: Tank's tumor is benign!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank goodness this whole ordeal is over. :)
