I just wanted to announce the birth of Merin's 8 newborn kits! I can't believe it! I didn't think that she had gotten pregnant when I bred her. But suddenly today she started making a nest and at about midnight she had 8 babies! I will post pictures as soon as she has cleaned everything up! Aly! :)

It has actually gotten much better. I wiped of the gunk with a damp cloth and today the swelling has gone down and their was no gunk. Should I still take it to the vet? I think that it will be gone by tomorrow. Could it have been because something got in its eye? Aly!

You need to know the last 3 generations of bunnies to have it be considered a pedigree. Some shows you can show them without a pedigree some you can't. It just depends on the show. Aly!

One of the babies has an eye that is swelling. It is pink and all swelled up. I don't know if it is conjunctivitis or something else. I will try and get pics soon. Aly!

They were not peanuts. Peanuts are usually deformed and wouldn't seem to be doing well before. Also I don't think that Californians have any dwarf genes to pass down. Aly!
