Is it okay for me to bring my tamed pet bunny (wearing a harness and inside a pet carrier) to public places such as a pet store? I’m worried some bunny-advocate-extremist will accuse me abusing the bunny because they assume the bunny is going to be frightened outdoors.
My bunny lives in a cage with a wire floor. I read online that cages with wire flooring is terrible and can cause foot problems to rabbits. Is this really true?
Why are rabbit rescues so full of mean and strict rules about what you can’t do with your pet bunny?!
For example they say no dogs around rabbits, no picking up and holding a rabbit, no loud noises, no pet strollers, no harnesses, etc.
I recently got a six week old bunny and I want to know if this is the right age to tame her to wear a harness? And can I train her to not be afraid of public places by bringing her outdoors in a carrier?
