What do you do to dispose of your rabbit litter?

With all the rain in the last couple of days my bunnies have a lot of squelchy mud in their run. The grass is now pretty much none existent. I hear using lots of hay on the floor can attract rats and mice so what can I use to stop them getting all muddy? TIA

Ah thank you 😊... he didn’t like the bandage idea so not sure he’d go for a sun hat 🤔 ... I have thought about fashioning a sock type cover for it with an elasticated hair band to hold it in place 🤗

Thank you. They are 7 weeks currently so next weekend we shall collect them. They shall be outdoor rabbits and I have two separate hutches for them. I shall give the vets locally a call and see what prices they quote. Im sure there shall be many questions posed in the coming weeks!!
