    Different sized rabbit poops?

Thank you, yes I think u are rite, it has to be the diet altho I think I read somewhere that small poops can be an onset of moulting type issue....tho she doesn't appear to be doing that apart from a bit of a 'hem' around her I can seem to brush out coz she won't let me brush there yet...

    Different sized rabbit poops?

Just wondering if anyone has thuts on the occasional few days of tiny rabbit poops mixed with their normal size?(see pic). I'm assuming it's a food issue, our baby is free roam, goes outside to grass a couple hours a day (it's mid winter now!) And eats lots of grass and hay. She has about the...

    Poor Hay Quality since COVID?

Ps Just4Rabbits is another lovely hay place to sell beautiful mini hay bales to help with foraging, and it really works. That have a small bale, like mini mini, and sprinkle them with a range of things like dried flowers, or ape leaves, or nettles and dandilions etc. My bunny went crazy for the...

    Poor Hay Quality since COVID?

Yes, that's what I do, any hay she doesn't like becomes 'tray hay' for her litter box, which I top over with her nice eating hay, and that seems to work quite well. When u say u had horrible hay, did u mean that was that from Nibble and Gnaw?

    Hay fever

Wow hay in a pillowcase in the dryer?! That's a great idea to get the dust out! You can also buy hay that is dust extracted, some are definitely better than others. I store my hay in pillowcases and give it a shake in there and most of what dust there is dust settles to the bottom. Pillowcases...

    Rabbit toys

Just remembered that little plastic plant pots were good fun, light and very tossable! But u have to watch them whilst playing in case they are chewers as they wud be quite brittle when chomped I imagine.

    Rabbit toys

There are some great things u can make, eg putting a treat in scrunched up paper ball, making willow wreaths and thread some willow leaves throughout, tiny cardboard box/trays that mini tomatoes come in have recently been a fun toy at my house! Someone suggested envelopes, and putting a treat...

    Hair loss in a patch?

Being a new bun mum and starting to witness the incredible moulting buns do, I wouldn't be surprised if it is just moulting but I think as other peeps say, watch for dandruff, (can be mites) or hardened skin (ringworm) and fur pulling (boredom or stress). Good luck, beautiful bunny!

    Poor Hay Quality since COVID?

Hi, just a thought but have u tried sourcing your hay from thoroughbred horse places? I read that in the middle East it can be easier to source hay used for specialist horses, than for rabbits and small pets. Just an idea! Nibble and Gnaw About Us | Our Story do that! Good luck!

    Scabs on rabbit ears

Hi, I'm fairly new to rabbit motherhood but what I would say is have u checked your rabbits nails as my cat hurts herself around her face when her nails get too long. Just an idea to consider along with other ideas. I've been watching mine scratch around her ears as well, and I'm getting...
