Can anyone tell me what kind of bunny I have?

He is definitely a Holland lop bunny. He could just be young and his ears not lopped completely yet, or he might have a pinched crown which might prevent his ears from popping completely, also known as “airplane ears.” He is very cute!

Breeding true dwarf and false dwarf

I would think it is to your advantage to have a bigger doe and a smaller buck, especially breeding dwarf breeds. First, the doe will have a lesser chance of being harmed from birth complications, if she is a false dwarf, she won’t produce peanuts, (kits that inherit two copies of the dwarf gene...

What colour is my holland lop?

She was bred to a black tort and she had two babies, one with a white belly and face markings and the other no white. There was a pink one too but unfortunately it was stillborn. I thought the kit with the white ears and white belly looked like a black silver martin, it also has a little...

What colour is my holland lop?

Hi I have a holland lop and I figured she was blue tort since she looked so much like my other bunny who is a blue tort, but then took a closer look and decided she can’t be a blue tort. She has a white underside, white butterfly nose markings, and a white chin. She just doesn’t have the “tort”...

Oh, celestial seasonings raspberry tea for sure! I had this almost-7-month-old doe who I was trying to breed, I put her with my buck several times, and it didn’t happen. I moved them to an exercise pen with more space and it still didn’t happen. I boiled the tea, let it cool and put it in her...
