I agree with John, a non-fixed rabbit usually has smellier poops or urine to scent the area and make sure the territory is marked as theirs. What are you feeding your bunny? I've found feeding mine kale makes her droppings smell really bad lol! I recommend also getting a bunny-safe cleaning...
