    Rabbits dug holes in carpet

Hello! So my precious rabbits have dug up holes in the corners of the carpet in my apartment. I’ve been looking for ways to repair it so I don’t get charged for it when leaving in the next month and a half. Anyone have any suggestions how to fix it that isn’t super expensive? Thank you!

My rabbit won’t leave her cage ?

Actually, our living room is very quiet since we’re hardly in there, I know she gets scared of the vacuum so I try to hurry to vacuum up the living room. The other bedroom she was in had nothing in it, just her and my other rabbit’s cage and their toys. I have chewing toys for her in the cage...

My rabbit won’t leave her cage ?

I have a doe holland lop who is about 8 months old now, we used to keep her in our spare bedroom but since a family member had to move in we now keep her in the living room. She rattles and chews on her cage, which I know is a sign of boredom, so I open the cage for her and leave it open for a...

    Rehomed Bunnies

Hello! So recently I had to rehome two of my baby bunnies in order to care for the other two babies, (they are very small for their age), and their mama who is still recovering from being sick. I had rehomed another one of my rabbits to the person who took in my babies and she keeps him inside...

    Baby Bunnies Fur

Thank you for the tip! Do you know of anything I could use on the baby bunny’s skin to avoid infections or skin irritation, or just leave it as is and let it grow back?

    Baby Bunnies Fur

My doe had babies and she cannot nurse them because that caused her to get ill, which means I have been syringe feeding them formula. I use KMR milk with heavy cream for them, but for two of the babies they make a mess and the milk/formula gets all over their fur. I try to rinse it off but they...

    Baby rabbits

I have tried that and taking a little bit of warm water and putting it directly on the fur to clean it, then using the blow dryer but the fur stays sticky and hard still. And the two smaller ones won’t eat the pellets put will nibble on some hay and drink water every so often, but when I bring...

    Baby rabbits

Mama is eating pellets and timothy hay, drinking lots of water but the vet we took her to advised us not to let her nurse anymore since she could end up getting ill again. And I’ve tried to get her to be with the babies just to see them, but she tries to attack them now by biting them or pushing...

    Baby rabbits

My doe had babies and we have four now because unfortunately the others passed away. Since the mama became ill from how much the babies nurses on her, I have to syringe feed two of them. The two I don’t have to syringe feed are very big and will eat pellets and hay, and drink water on their own...

    Odd Behavior

Thank you! I’ve been catching her slowly eating a lot more this morning so it looks like we’re heading in the right direction, plus her babies are doing very well too.

    Odd Behavior

Thank you for your concern! We took her to the vet on Thursday again because she got worse but now we have been giving her the medicine the vet gave us and syringe feeding her, and she’s more alive now! She’s drinking water on her own and likes her medicine, she just won’t eat that much on her...

    Odd Behavior

I know.. it’s just unfortunate because I had lost my job and had to use the money for bills. Otherwise I would spend thousands of dollars on vet bills for my pets. Thankfully the vet lowered the cost to an amount that worked for us and the rabbit is being looked at.

    Odd Behavior

Yes that was it. I was in the middle of helping her go to the bathroom right now and she twitched and held the position for a few seconds then cried/whimpered and now she’s not moving. She’s just laying on side and can’t sit up or move her legs or anything and she’s breathing normally but cannot...

    Odd Behavior

We have a feeding syringe the vet gave us to try on her. I’ve been rubbing her stomach while trying to feed her the Critical Care, she’s been pooping but she’s not taking down the food or water. She’s just keeping it in her mouth when I’m trying to force it down her to eat. Her lips are getting...

    Odd Behavior

They didn’t, the vet just said gas obstruction and that she could feel the gas in her tummy and it could’ve been caused by stress from nursing her babies. She gave us Animal Oxbow Health - Critical Care, it’s a powder to mix in with water to feed her it through a syringe. But when we tried, she...

    Odd Behavior

I took her to the vet, she has gastric obstruction. Unfortunately I didn’t have the money to pay for her to stay over night with them to help her, but they did give us the medicine and syringe to feed her the medicine. We got halfway done with the first medicine feeding and now I’m hearing...

    Odd Behavior

Her poop and pee look normal, and she hasn’t been making any noises and there isn’t any noises coming from her stomach. My boyfriend had filled her bowl with hay, and quite a lot of it is gone. I’m not sure if her babies ate it or if she did, I have noticed now her water and pellet bowl has not...

    Odd Behavior

I have a five and half old female rabbit. Normally she always tries to run out of the cage to play whenever I go to give her food, and I let her run around the house for a few hours before putting her away. She had babies two weeks ago and she’s been feeding them and cleaning them. Today when I...
