Found this bunny... what breed could she be?

She's a mixed breed. Rabbit's arent like dogs where most of them are a mix of different breeds, the vast majority of rabbits aren't descended from any purebreds (and even if they are, they lost the breed specific traits within one generation) The color is called tricolor.

Breeding question- jersey wooly x mini lop result?

He's entirely wrong. Longhair is a recessive gene. The rabbits would come out just looking like generic rabbits, not fitting into any specific gene. Crossing angoras and fuzzies doesnt make american fuzzy lops either. The only thing that people cross into american fuzzy lops to get more american...

What color would these two produce?

Black otter and broken black otter are the most likely. Because of the darker shading on the harlequin's face its likely self based so castor isnt as likely. If the otter carries self you might get blacks and broken blacks; if its carries harlie or non extension you might get harlie or tri. The...

    What color are these rabbits?

    Yep, thats definitely an amber
  13. SableSteel

    What color are these rabbits?

The lighter one is either a red or amber. Blow into its coat over the back; if it has a dark (or chocolatey/gray) undercolor, its an amber, if it has a light undercolor (white, cream or red) its a red. Amber: Red:

    Black or chocolate himilayan?

Yeah, its a black himalayan. The black points on himalayans are more like a dark sepia; and when it gets warmer, it gets even lighter. You are supposed to look at the very darkest part of the himalayan to tell color, usually the tip of the nose

Odd Eye Infection in young kits

This is called nest box eye, you can look it up to get some more info. Nest box eye isnt usually fatal though, there is likely some other, possibly related issue going on with the kits.

    Coloured rabbit with red eyes

Its impossible for any rabbit that isnt rew, himalayan or lutino to have truly red eyes" However, shaded rabbits can have a red cast to their eyes. Rabbits with the chocolate gene can also have a red cast to their eyes. If you can combine them the eyes look especially red

    Looking for color help, please!

It might be but also black torts can look brownish like that too. Unless you had pictures of it as a baby (with angoras, when they first get their fur is the best time to tell color) or I could see it in person or next to other torts, could be hard to tell

    Baby Rabbit Size

By 10 weeks a new zealand should be about 5 lbs. For a rabbit to be that small, its likely genetically smaller or has a slower growth rate. I feed Purina Complete as well. At this age I would be free feeding them but purina complete should have a decent growth rate on it. To be honest I probably...
