I usually rinse my greens for my bun under some cool water and shake off most of the droplets but leave some on. That way he gets some extra water.

I use paper pellets and hay in my buns litter box. The back 1/3 is a pellet layer with hay over that and I fill the front with just hay. His litter box gets washed and changed out daily. My bun has never had an accident in almost 3 years. He's faithful to his litter box.

This may be an abscess or it may be something else. Your bunny needs to be seen by a Vet. Look into Care Credit if you're having financial difficulty. But this needs to be seen immediately.
