He is a Black Tort Lionhead

So I have a rabbit that I plan on showing. When I first him got him, he had all the same colored nails, then today while I was examining him, one nail was a cream color. So I am wondering if nail color can change, or did I just miss this and would this be a DQ?

I am going to be getting a Lionhead buck soon. Right now he weighs 1.2 lbs and he is 3 months and 1 week old. Both his parents are tiny weighing 2.1 and 2.2. Thank you.

My doe has done this before as well. She has had two successful litters. She bred through the wire with my Lionhead buck and I didn't know she was pregnant. She delivered 4 days early and didn't pull any fur. The kits all froze. I bred her a month later and she had a successful litter after.

You could try to get her into labor by having her run in a pen inside or just around your house. I also heard tums work to get a doe into labor. I wouldn't worry to much, but once she reaches 35 days, I would start to worry. Good luck!

Yeah doing tons of research would be best. Just make sure it is a useful breeding and not an irresponsible one.

How are your kits doing? I would just recommend on doing a lot of research. Also make sure the mom has a lot of water to keep producing enough milk to feed them, and plenty of food. Just a random thing, my Rex rabbit had 10 babies on the 16th.

You would think it would be illegal, I know that in some states you can't sell any animal under 8 weeks of age. I would just check around. I let my kits go at 7 weeks at least, but I do accept a deposit to reserve, so maybe they are doing that. It is very sad when people dont care for the well...
