    Biting or nipping

mine does that when he is grooming me. He stops when I yell out ouch! in a high pitched tone, and then he licks instead. He has turned into a lap bunny which is a bit odd, but he will jump in my lap for pets, so it could be that yours may just want pets?

    Rabbits going to fair.

-blinks and raises hand- Question, since they are your rabbits now it sounds like, and you are taking care of them, and they are your rabbits, do your cousins help you take care of them? Are they responsible for them at all? If not, then what reason do they have to take the rabbits to the fair...

    Help! Smelly bunnies!

I am not sure about the cat litter, rabbits have very sensitive respitory systems and stuff like that could make them sick. What I do is I put down some puppy training pads right on the cage floor, then I put some plastic cage things...

How to introduce the idea of a human?

My husband and I are in the process of getting Cole a human brother or sister, and one of the things I am concerned about is how to introduce it to Cole. Obviously, it's early, but I am one of those planner types hahahha, and I do want to allow Cole to be introduced safely. Babies cry, and Cole...

    Looking to adopt in WA

Hey guys! Cole is such a happy and inquisitive.....-mischievous- bun and I would love for him to have a companion. He loves to lay down near me, and be around people. I think though with me being in school even with him having run of the house, he needs a friend. This year he will be getting a...

    Cole is neutered Post-OP

ok so update: Cole was fine in his shirt(it was cotton) and after that, he didn't touch his sutures again. I was able to take off his shirt roughly midday the next day, and he has been fine ever since oh and one more good update no accidents on the carpet again!, he has went straight to his...

    Cole is neutered Post-OP

Yeah the vet didn't give us anything to take home. I did wind up putting on one of the shirts I got for him, and he hasn't actually worn but it was washed so no "new" smell. It's cotton and says "Prince" I am admittedly worried about him overheating with it, but if others have had those other...

    Driving me nuts

I put one of his treats in the litterbox after making a fresh one. He is interested in the box and sniffs it, but can't quite get him to take the leap into the box(a low to the ground one but still a bit of bunny humor never hurts ;) ). Now though when he goes into that area he looks around and...

    Driving me nuts

update: I went to him after posting and when he was in that area, I put my finger to the top of his head and gently pushed down I read somewhere that it shows bunny dominance, and now when my husband or I go to that area, or simply stand up he stops going there.......it's great but was that ok...
