    Worried baby bunny is pregnant

Ok thank you. I haven't seen any today or yesterday so I think maybe she was just stressed out from the move to my house from her previous owner and she had to get split up from her brother.

    Worried baby bunny is pregnant

I've cleaned her cage this morning and I believe there were 4 cecotropes. I had cleaned the cage 2 days ago. The cecotropes looked sort of weird, I don't know if it's just from her trampling on them though. Is it normal for there to be some cecotropes around? My only other rabbit I had I never...

    bunny sneezes?

If it's the hay you can rinse it (and let it dry a little) before you give it to her, that's what they do for horses.

    Worried baby bunny is pregnant

I'm not sure her breed. She is very small and her brother is a lionhead, so I know she's half lionhead. Her coloring is grey otter.

    Worried baby bunny is pregnant

Thanks guys. If a rabbit is fat will they have a padding on the ribs like a dog would? She doesn't and also doesn't have much padding on her hip bones. I know these are areas where a dog would have thick padding if he was overweight, but I've only ever had one rabbit before these guys haha. I...

    Worried baby bunny is pregnant

I rescued a brother and sister rabbit from a serious hoarder who was willing to give some up. They were really in a terrible situation. Male and female siblings and mother were all housed together in one small pet store cage. The babies are anywhere from 8-12 weeks old. She told me they were...

Micropore tape! Good idea. Missyscove, I guess I'm lucky my rabbit could care less about carpet. I think it doesn't make enough noise haha

Nancy, what do you use to hold everything together? My girl likes to eat tape so I don't wanna use that

    Rabbits and cat trees

Thanks guys for your help! Lucky is way too big for hopping on cardboard haha. I'm unsure of her weight but she only weighs a little less than my dog who is 11lbs. I carry them both around XD I think I will get one of those little cheap cat trees with a hidey hole and one level above that. If...

    Rabbits and cat trees

Do rabbits like cat trees? My girl started hopping on the end tables and I was thinking of getting one for her but I don't want to spend the money if they don't like them/know how to use them. Thanks!

Trying to prepare and choose a baby.

Keeping the rabbit indoors is what I highly recommend. They need way more space (and protection!) than what an outdoor hutch can provide. I like the little grey ones in the second picture :3 I also recommend reading about rabbit safe veggies...

Training out the window!! Super frustrated!

Are they fixed? Are you cleaning the box out every day? My girl will only go in the box if it's clean. I never fully scrub it out, but empty it out completely, so she can smell her scent but I can't. Also once rabbits hit puberty they will go everywhere until fixed.

I'm obsessed with taking pictures of my rabbit! Show me your bunnies too!

My flemmie likes to lay on the vents. It's hot here in Florida! Lol

What do you feed your rabbit?

Well I contacted Sherwood people directly and talked to them about my personal concerns about my rabbit and the ingredients and I was extremely satisfied with their customer service and their answers. They said they don't put in synthetically added vitamins and instead use the vitamins already...

What do you feed your rabbit?

I wanted to get oxbow but I thought it had too many bad ingredients. Sherwood forest looks awesome though thank you!

What do you feed your rabbit?

I know kaytee isn't the best, but alfalfa is the first ingredient and the protein level is the highest I could find in a pellet at 16%. Flemish should have as close to 18% protein as possible so I bought it with that in mind. It also has soy and corn products lower on the ingredient list than...

What do you feed your rabbit?

Aww I'll have to try some herbs with Lucky. She has eaten everything I've given her. I tried snow peas the other day and she liked those ok

What do you feed your rabbit?

Thanks guys. I'm not worried about her being overweight right now as she seems a little thin. I guess it's just because she's growing. I don't have a whole lot of rabbits to feed so I buy different stuff and change it out when it's gone so nothing goes bad. Her hay is unlimited I just refresh 2...
