Obsessed bunny mom carves pet rabbit into pumpkin.

How cute! And whatever form the obsession rears its ugly head, it's there! lol Here's our other bunny, Storm. I tried a different style of carving tonight. He was washing his face in the photo I based this pumpkin off of. Hopefully it came through. But if not, my head is killing me, so I'm done!

    Help with allergies

I am allergic to our buns and the hay. I take 260mg of Allegra per day and use Flonase each day. If I don't use the Flonase, I can't snuggle the buns. If I use Flonase, I can snuggle them and rub my nose in their fur and everything. Very rarely, I have to use my inhaler. A friend of ours always...

Obsessed bunny mom carves pet rabbit into pumpkin.

Yep, that's me! I took the photo of our bunny, Willow, and converted the photo to a stencil and then carved her into the pumpkin. I love how it turned it! If you're as obsessed as I am, share your photos too!

What is your rabbits favorite toy?!

We play with sticks. I bought some willow sticks and when the bunny is sitting in her box, we set them in front of her. She grabs them and tosses them to the side. We put back, she bites and chucks... it can go on for 20 minutes. It is the most "interactive" thing we've done with her. I've gotta...

When litter training stalls out. What next?

the bunnies are bonded and have been for a couple months now. I didn't intend to bond them so quickly but he kept escaping his cage and sneaking into hers. ha ha Guess it was love at first sight. I'll try to control my OCD and not pick up after him as he leaves his presents all over the floor...

When litter training stalls out. What next?

Our little Willow is GREAT at peeing and pooping in the litter box where it belongs. Storm, who is almost 4 months now, neutered 3 weeks ago, and happy and healthy will mostly pee in the litter box and puts some poop in the litter box. But this kid poops everywhere. We like having both buns out...

How long after a neuter will the marking stop?

Oh boy! He marks me every time he climbs on me while I am lying on the floor. One poop on my tomach or chest every time he visits!! I laugh cause I say he is saying I belong to him. But deep down, I would love for him to be like our other bun and put it in the litter box!

How long after a neuter will the marking stop?

I'm curious how long it generally takes for male rabbits to stop marking after they have been neutered? My little guy was 13 weeks old when we neutered him. It was a week and a half ago at this point. At what point should I expect to see hormone induced behaviors starting to slip away...

Dragging hind quarters. Thought she was paralyzed.

A week ago, Friday, Willow was spayed. She has been healing beautifully. We brought te smaller cage with both bunnies on our camping trip so we could keep an eye on them. (No worries, air conditioned camper) Last night I went in to say hi and check on them and Willow drug herself over to me...

    Fees for Rabbit Spaying

Surgery was Friday. So far, all is well. Their wounds are healing with no redness or swelling. Storm is already almost back to himself. Willow is starting to eat more consistently and is moving around more.

Separating a bonded pair after spay/neuter surgery?

Thank You Watermelons. He was born May 1 and I started stressing out and questioning if I am doing the wrong thing or if I'm gonna inadvertently kill him. :( I love my buns. I want them to be happy and healthy.

Separating a bonded pair after spay/neuter surgery?

He is only 3 months and hasn't shown any hormones yet.

Separating a bonded pair after spay/neuter surgery?

The vet said I have to separate after I get them fixed on Friday. I've read elsewhere that you should keep them together to help them heal as long as they remain calm. What do you guys do? Separate or Keep together? Both bunnies are being fixed on Friday. So I'll have to groggy rabbits.

    Fees for Rabbit Spaying

So while randomly searching Craigslist for "rabbit" stuff. I came across a post by The House Rabbit Society. They mentioned in the ad that you can get a low coast spay/neuter for your rabbits. I followed the link and it led to Morris Animal Refuge and their Low Cost Spay/Neuter program. I called...

    Fees for Rabbit Spaying

No thank you Missy. Pittsburgh is about 6 hours from me so I'd end up spending more than that in travel expenses. :)

Nudge, Nudge, Dig Dig, Scratch Tap

When sitting on the floor with my buns, they often walk up and nudge me with their noses. I've read up on it and it seems they are saying get out of the way or pet me. But then I can be sitting in the middle of the floor and not in the way of anything, so I will reach out to pet them and they...
