    Litterbox training

Litterbox Training a rabbit can be very easy as long as you do it the right way. This is just a way that I've always done it, but there are many different way to litterbox train them. Start out by having a small litter box, not to big to where they can lay down in it (because that all they will...

    Urgent! Answer asap!!

Wild rabbits are usually almost always alone, except for in the morning and at night when the mother comes and feeds them. When people "find" baby bunnies the babies aren't lost, they are really just wandering around or just waiting for mom. I definitely suggest putting him back where you got...

Bunny won't poop in the box anymore

You rabbit is marking his territory :rabbithop Because of the new bun he is saying what is his, and what the other bun can have. He is pooping by the box so that the rabbit knows, its his box. It will go on for a while until they both learn each others rules and territory. I would try moving the...

Change in eating habits. Should I be worried?

Right away I noticed something wrong, she needs pellets. In the wild rabbits are able to find their vitamins that they need in the wild in different plants and leaves. I would give her some pellets along with her salad. Otherwise I would keep an eye on her poop. If its diarrhea take her to the vet.

Common dental problems in flat faced rabbits?

I have 7 Hollands lops. When I got them I did hear that I needed to watch their teeth. So I picked up some stuff to help keep their teeth down and my bunnies happy! I went to out pet store and found there alfalfa cubs. They can be found for horses or rabbits. They are cubs with crushed alfalfa...

    Need litter training help

With your rabbits running around he will never learn. He needs to be in his cage so he learns to only use the litter box. With him running around he thinks that he can go anywhere. With him being neutered doesn't have that big of a deal with him being litter box trained. As long as you don't...

    Cold weather

Indoor house rabbits should be fine in the cold weather as the temperature indoors tends to be regulated for yourselves! But check that their living area is not in a draught, and if temperatures drop very low during the night you could give them a Snugglesafe Heatpad (it's like a pet-safe hot...

how do you guys keep hay in their hutch

I have this same problem with my rabbits, until I start to experiment. I tried lots of different methods and some worked! My favorite is you take a veggie ball. I stuff the hay nice and tight in there and the rabbits have so much fun throwing it around and eating the hay out of there. Hay...

    "Husky" Bunny

You may have to put your rabbit on a diet. Try giving him a certain amount in the morning then in the afternoon. He really shouldn't be this fat when he is this young. If he is just a cubby rabbit, he may grow into it. I would slowly work him into this diet so he can be a happy little bunny...
