Harriet nips occasionally. I think she just wants me to get out of her way; I just push her away and she hops off and gets into some other mischief. Before she was spayed she would really bite. She drew blood on a few occasions and I was starting to get a little scared of her.

My rabbit will chew the bars on her cage while the cage door is OPEN. She can get out! It's annoying but nothing has curbed this behavior. She has grass matts, cardboard, toys... but at least once a day I catch her doing it when she's free to get out and destroy something else.

I use Oxbow (the one in the blue bag) at my vets recommendation. Harriet seems happy and content with it. It is expensive and I've been planning to try Sherwood, but I keep forgetting to order it before I run out.

I get her my university newspaper every day. She loves ripping it apart. Other than that, she loves the carpet. She has tons and tons of actual toys that she ignores completely.

That's an awful lot of money! The first vet Harriet saw said it would cost $175 plus main meds, but the new vet has quoted me $95 plus meds. I'm glad I waited.
