    Warding of Mosquitoes/Myxomatosis

Hello everyone! :rabbithop I know plenty of us, (especially in Australia) can get worried about mostiques and other critters getting to our buns, or even worse yet infecting them with myxomatosis. Since we cant get the vaccine for it in Australia, im always wary and am trying to find ways to...

    Vaccinations

I know, it really worries me so much. I go out of my way to make sure their is not even one gap in Rockys house so mosquitoes cant get in, because all it takes is one bite. As a owner of any pet, i don't think we should have to constantly worry that our pet could die or be infected at anytime...

    Housing Protection Against Mosquitos

Thanks Pani! I'll keep that in mind ^__^ I will be placing it in an area that is quite shady and out of direct sunlight. We'll also insulate it so its cool in summer and warm in winter. Now its just up to finding a good shed... the hunt is on ;D

    Housing Protection Against Mosquitos

Actually I had another idea. I might use a shed setup for him that will be larger than his hutch, plus It will keep the mozzies out if I just mesh up the windows etc. I could then have a run out the side too. :D Ah, sorry if it seems like im talking to myself. Im just exploring ideas here, so...

Hi everyone! :) I'm wanting to get a new cage for indoors to add to my xpen. Looking into adopting. What should I consider?

Yeah. Oh i found out with WASAR you have the bunny on a two week trial, then they check back with you to see how its going and if they dont get along then they will take them back. So i think im happy with that :)

Looking into adopting. What should I consider?

Hi :) Yes Rocky is neutered. I dont think they offer bunny dates, but i'll have to contact either SAFE or WASAR for those details as i think it depends, plus they will have to be located near me which i doubt they will. :thud: I might have to limit my choices to just adoptions in Perth or...

    Comparing pellets, whats best?

Since it was awhile from my last post i had to order more oxbow pellets (at $28 shipping >.<). I might just stay with it as it just getting a little confusing on what to do... The pet shop also wont stock in anything requested as its too expensive for them.

    Comparing pellets, whats best?

The low fiber really did suprise me considering it states it was 'designed by vets'. Taking this into consideration i would rather the best for my bun, so i might just have to stay with oxbow. ( the local pet store should really stock this stuff... :/
