i'm new to rabbits, but i wouldn't guess snuffles here i'd guess a possible upper respiratory infection from getting wet. i'm sure someone else will come along if i'm wrong, but if that's what's going on she will need antibiotics and to be watched closely as any infection can cause them to go...

have you checked his paws? he could have some kind of infection in his paws or maybe his weight has caused some muscle deterioration since he maybe hasn't been able to walk for quite awhile. definitely something to get checked out. poor guy has been through a lot.
