Thanks Kelton, I just can't get my head around it. I have always heard these horror stories but never thought it would happen to Poppet she has always been so full of life! My life is going to be a lot more lonely without her wee face.

I made her cage just before Christmas, the top level has a crate lid that we lift to feed her but also gives her some shade from our down lights in the hall way. Normally this cage is in our hall, 1/4 of the cage gets natural light from a glass panel which she watches tv from her penthouse...

So we have a Christmas tree and Poppet is in love with it! She keeps jumping of the armchair to get close to it. I have a barricade so she can't get close to the base/plug for the lights. And unlike this picture she can't get close enough to eat it or the lights anymore but how bad are the pine...

This vet that I saw was better than the older one.

Saw the vet and he gave me drops for a waxy ear. He had a very thorough check and there are no lumps and she wasnt uncomforttable. He did point out that she is a very fluffy bunny and if she has been scratching her ear so much maybe she is fluffing up her fur. It did go down a bit while she...

Update - Saw the vet today and there are no lumps or bumps. I did mention however that she has been scratching her right ear and it is a bit waxy. He gave me drops for the ears and because she is so fluffy she might be fluffing up under her chin when she is scratching so much.

I have never seen Poppe doing this! How fun!

There definitely is no lumps in it. Again it is slightly different today. Just waiting on the Vet opening on Monday to phone them and see is I can get an appointment on Monday morning.
