all the above stories are so cute, my little guy loves affection, i try to keep him off the couch as he pee's on it and me, so when i say no he circles the couch then pops his little head back up as if to check if its now ok to pop up..he's now sitting on my lap with a plastic bag between us : )

I have my rabbit for 6 months and at first he was the same, would kick when i picked him up, it helped when I would place my hand on his back for a couple of seconds before picking him up. it took a couple of months before he would let me pick him up, now he never kicks and even lets me hold him...

cheers susan, i live in ireland and its so hard to find a rescue centre for rabbits here, loads and loads for cats and dogs though...hopefully i'll figure something out, seeing everyone elses pic's of their bunnies cuddled up together really makes me want to get one so that he has company...
