I use advantage II ( for cats and kittens ) you will have to know the weight of your rabbit. I buy it at the vets in single tubes. It is not prescription only but it is expensive. Have been using it for years. Good luck

When my bun hurt her leg my vet told me to keep her in a small cage, resting quietly, with no outside cage time until I could get into see them.

I think it is just the individual bunny, but in general I agree that bunnies don't like being picked up. My bun hates it but she will allow me to pet her.
