    What are we?

His ears, body type and the eyes for me :)

    What are we?

I agree, Tobius definitely looks like a English lop mix! The picture where he has his head on the ground does it for me, English Lops always have their eyes like that when posed!
  3. Heartlandrabbitry

Another "what color" question, hehe. (pics!)

Broken chestnut maybe? Just a guess :-)
  4. Heartlandrabbitry

    Dwarf/Holland Lop.

The dad has won best in show 97 times?!? Wow!!

    Our New Bunny

His shoulders look a little long, but seems to have a decent HQ!
  7. Heartlandrabbitry

    Champagne Critique!

Ok, I will definitely give it a try! :DI'm hoping that it will help my Cremes with their type!

    Posing Holland Lops

Hope you had success posing your Hollands :-)
  9. Heartlandrabbitry

    Champagne Critique!

I could try it for one litter, never know what would happen! :-) After my does kindled I'll rebreed them with my Champagne buck, one litter won't hurt! :)Then again I do have one Creme doe that I did not breed... hmmm ;) So say I breed my Champagnes and Cremes together and Igeta nice doe, would...

    Champagne Critique!

Scott told me it would mess the color up, making smutty babies! He said it would take about 3 generations to get back to the right color :expressionless

    Opinions on this doe?

Icarus wrote: If you are trying to get a only BEW meat rabbit that is semi-arched then it would pretty much be the same thing as the BEW Beveren.

Your bunny pee on the bed?

My doe only gets on my bed when she escapes her playpen! She hasn't peed on my bed but has left little treats! :nonono:

    more mini rex critique

I purchased a BEW Beveren at a feed store for $20.00 and first time showing she won RIS ;) So you never what you will get for cheap!

    How big is your rabbitry?

I'm not exactly sure how big my barn is... maybe 300sqft? I currently have 27 holes and there is still room for more. I also have a couch, refrigerator and other things in there along with the cages! I love my barn, it's the perfect size.. for now ;) I also added a picture of my barn!

    Posing Holland Lops

My suggestion would be to start early!! I usually start when the babies start coming out of the nestbox! I try and practice with them a few times a week, but don't wait too long or they will be a pain!! :-)
  19. Heartlandrabbitry

    Champagne Critique!

Here's one of my homebred bucks, comments? I love his shoulders and him in general, but he does need a bigger butt :)
